Sam Ephgrave (all pronouns) has worked in community organizing and stakeholder engagement in the non-profit sector for the past 20 years. She currently manages a grassroots advocacy program in the outdoor industry, mobilizing an extensive community of people passionate about the outdoors to advocate for climate action, outdoor equity, and the protection of public lands.

He also serves as the co-chair for his organization’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, advocating for the support and inclusion of the LGBTQ+ employees at work and in the outdoors. They enjoy getting outside to mountain bike, all things paddlesports and horses, and hiking.
