All Bikes Welcome Executive Director

Overview

The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive of All Bikes Welcome and will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic vision, operational execution, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational culture. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, the ED serves as the public face of the organization and a key movement leader in working at the intersections of mobility justice, community development, and social equity.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a small and dynamic nonprofit, ideal for a values-driven leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and impact.

Location: Hybrid; Northwest Arkansas (Benton or Washington county)

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary: $70,000 + benefits
